Hiring: Taproom Manager
As we gear up for a return to (relative) normality in the Spring, we’re on the hunt for someone special to take the helm at our busy taproom.
In addition to having managed bars before, we’re especially keen to chat to anyone with experience organising events, as this is a key part of the role.
As part of the day to day management of the Belleville Taproom, your key responsibilities will include:
-Rota management
-Events organisation
-External ordering
-Volume forecasting for brewery beers
-Booking food vendors
-Cellar management
Events play a big role in the success of our taproom and we are looking forward to being able to put these on again once Covid restrictions lift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coming up with event ideas and delivering on each stage of the planning and execution.
Hours: Full-time.
Salary: £27k plus bonus dependent on experience.
Start Date: The predicted start date for this role is February/March 2021 dependant on lockdown limitations.
