The brewery was founded in 2012 and is located in the heart of South West London next to Wandsworth Common Railway Station. We produce a range of premium US style hand crafted beers using the highest quality hops, malts and seasonal ingredients. Our beer reviews exceptionally well and we have become one of the fastest growing craft breweries in London, working closely with prestigious operators such as the Drafthouse, Youngs and Majestic Wines.

The brewery recently expanded to a 20 BBL ABE plant with 5 fermenters, 2 conditioning tanks and a canning line. We brew and package all of our beers on the premises where we also have our Brewery Tap. Experienced Head of Sales – Full Time

We are looking for a Head of Sales who can take on the responsibility for growing the pipeline that we have in place as we expand our permanent listings across London and nationwide.  Management of existing accounts and developing relationships through marketing and events as well as recruiting a team to help support the department.  Reporting to the MD, this will be a key role in the future success of the Company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities via on trade, off trade and direct sales channels in the UK and overseas;
  • Develop strong day to day relationships with existing trade customers;
  • Building and managing a small Sales team to maintain rotational sales and of local ambassadors to help maintain and promote growth in existing contracts;
  • Taking a leading role in the company’s social media channels and online developments;
  • Working with the management team on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness of Belleville Brewing Co, locally, and across the UK; and
  • Meeting ambitious sales growth targets.

The Candidate:

Sales Rep / Brand Ambassador – Full Time

We are looking for a Sales Representative who can take ownership of rotational sales in the London area, help manage, maintain and grow existing trade customers and help build the Belleville brand. If you are a highly motivated individual starting out in a Sales role, this is a great to opportunity to take on additional responsibility and learn in a high growth environment.  For the right individual there are excellent opportunities to develop and grow in the Company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Head of Sales to identify and develop new sales opportunities via on trade, off trade and direct sales channels in the London area;
• Targeted at growing packaged beer sales across London;
• Develop strong day to day relationships with existing trade customers;
• Generating and activating bespoke Marketing Plans for all key Belleville customers and planning outlet events;
• To help arrange and assist at trade shows and other corporate events;
• Working with the management team on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness of Belleville Brewing Co, locally; and
• Meeting ambitious sales growth targets.

• Naturally creative;

Operations / Delivery Manager – Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head Brewer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the weekly order book is fulfilled to local and national accounts and that stock levels are updated. This will involve managing third party logistics contracts and getting behind the wheel to personally deliver stock in the London area.

As a key member of the brewery team, you will also be given exposure to all of the day-to-day aspects of running the brewery and will give support as required. The more that you show yourself capable of taking on responsibilities within the brewery the more you will be allowed to progress.

The Candidate:

You will be passionate about the craft brewery scene and have a strong personality. This is customer facing role and required someone who is presentable and capable of representing the brewery in the market place. You will be proactive, have an ability to learn quickly and can demonstrate the attention to detail required to succeed in an operational role.

Due to the physical nature of working in a brewery, you must be physically fit and able to lift and carry loads. You will require a clean driving licence. This role is seen as an entry point in to a growing business and for the right candidate there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility with the operations side of the business. Assistant Brewery Worker – Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Brewer, you will be given exposure to and be trained on all aspects of the brewing process. Your induction into the business will be thorough and, once up to speed, you will be given responsibility for key elements of the brew day, as well as brewing, which will include cleaning and maintenance of the brew plant, canning and labeling, kegging and casking, as well as general management of the brewery operations.

As a key member of the brewery team, you will also be given exposure to all of the day-to-day aspects of running the brewery and will give support as required. The more that you show yourself capable of taking on responsibilities within the brewery the more you will be allowed to progress.

You will be passionate about the craft brewery scene and have a keen determination to progress within the brewery environment. You are proactive and have an ability to learn quickly and can demonstrate the attention to detail required to succeed as a brewer.

Taproom Supervisor

The Belleville Brewing Co. taproom is in need of a Supervisor! Could that be you?

Set a few doors down from the brew house right next to Wandsworth Common railway station, the Belleville Brewing Co. taproom is a growing business with huge potential. We need someone to run the taproom, build it’s sales and its team.

Taproom Bar Supervisor vacancy: If you’ve got hospitality, leisure or retail experience in a supervisory position then we’d love to hear from you! The bar supervisor role will be key to the success of the taproom so we are looking for someone who is passionate about craft beer us as well as customer service.

Bar Supervisor role:

  • Running the bar when it is open. Currently Friday nights and Saturdays (there’s also the odd Thursday night for bookings).
    20-25 Hours a week
  • Building the business locally by running events.
  • Handling and Banking Cash.
  • Building the taproom team.

What we look for in a Bar Supervisor:

  • At least 6 months experience in a supervisory role.
  • Hospitality, leisure or retail experience.
  • Passionate about craft beer.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Wants to build and lead a team of people into the summer months and beyond!
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • An understanding of what great customer service looks like.
